Return Policy

No refunds or exchanges on items unless item is damaged in shipping. You must contact us immediately, within 7 days of receiving it with a proof of purchase and evidence of damage. To start a return, you can contact us at eppedward@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping

You will be charged a base between $30-$40 for shipping upon the purchase of your painting based on size, medium, number of items and your location. This is a charge to cover materials for shipment, and the rest of the shipping cost. You will not be invoiced for shipping cost after your purchase. All originals are packed with the upmost care and safety precautions. Any original painting over $250 has shipping insurance purchased on it by me, in case of the event that it is damaged by the postage system. This method has proven itself very safe and effective! All orders will be shipped in 5-10 business days via USPS priority mail or FedEx ground shipping, depending on the size of the product. Canadian residents will be charged tax at checkout. Some original artworks sent internationally at this time but please contact me directly.

All originals are packed with the upmost care and safety precautions. Note that any painting that is larger than 36"x24" will be un-stretched, rolled and shipped in a tube. You can take to a local framer for re-stretching that will likely cost around $100-$200.

Rights to Images

The artist reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work to promote his work. All reproduction rights are retained by the artist himself. Any purchased artwork may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission of Edward Epp himself.
